Aviation Overview

Aviation claims are technically complex, often involve multi-defendants and can arise anywhere in the world. We have experience of civil crashes from Manchester Aircrash 1985 onwards and military crashes since Crown Immunity was removed in 1987.

We are currently acting in the Cork Air Crash of 10th February 2011, Cessna crash landing Birmingham Airport November 2010, PUMA crash Catterick August 2007 and several glider and paraglider cases. Recent inquests have included a Squirrel Helicopter that hit power lines and a light aircraft with controlled flight into terrain in conditions of low cloud.

MPH Director Geraldine McCool is a leading Claimant Lawyer in this field .Geraldine has acted in all types of aviation claims and is a member of American Association for Justice Aviation Section.
