Our MOD unit is led by Geraldine McCool and Paul Harrington who are members of the select Royal British Legion Solicitors Group and have been associated with the Legion for over 20 years. We have represented service personnel for all 3 branches of the Armed Forces since the removal of Crown Immunity in 1987, and we’re well-respected by the MOD.
We’ve acted in high profile cases, such as the Mull of Kintyre Crash in 1994 and the death of Mark Wright GC at the Kajaki Minefield. While some cases go to court, we are mainly able to resolve claims by sitting round the table with the MOD’s legal representative.
