On 30 October 2010 Sean Rayment of the Telegraph reported that Lt Michael Holden, serving with A Company 4 Rifles, has been reported on a charge of "manslaughter by gross negligence" and that his case is now being examined by the Prosecuting Authority which will decide whether charges will be brought.
