Inquest into Gulf War Syndrome

The Inquest of Lance Corporal Stuart Dyson who died due to exposure to Depleted uranium whilst serving in the first Gulf War has been featured in the Inquest Law Journal
The Inquest was held on 10 September 2009 before a Jury.
The Jury heard evidence from the eminent scientist Professor Chris Busby. The Jury concluded that it was more likely than not that Depleted Uranium caused or contributed to Lance Corporal Dyson's death.
