Alexander Davenport

Alexander, a non-practicing Barrister, joined MPH in 2010 after the completion of the Bar Vocational Course at Nottingham Law School receiving a grade of “Very Competent”. He has a previous Honours degree in Medical biochemistry from the University of Manchester before undertaking the Graduate Diploma of Law and receiving his LLB.

Alex also has in depth knowledge of the Military following 2 years of flight and officer training in the RAF whilst at the University of Manchester.

Alex now primarily assists Geraldine McCool and the rest of the MoD team with there case load. Alex also has extensive knowledge of noise induced hearing loss and occasionally assists the industrial disease team in relation to this. Alex works closely with clients dealing with the day to day issues that arise during the cases as well as conducting extensive case analysis and detailed niche research.

Alex is currently preparing for an upcoming friendly fire military inquest.

Most recently Alex has been undertaking detailed case analysis and research in claims involving Traumatic Brain Injuries and its links to the endocrine system and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
