Altaf not only employs his considerable legal skill in securing the best results for his clients, he does so with genuine care and kindness. In the six years that Altaf has focused on personal injury litigation, he has represented people from all walks of life, with a wide range of injuries, and ensured each received the same personal attention. He ensures that each and every client gets the best possible outcome.
Altaf assisted Paul Harrington and the MoD team at the inquest into the death of Corporal Mark Wright who entered a minefield in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, in an attempt to save the lives of other injured soldiers and was posthumously awarded the George Cross for his actions.
He now specialises in helping injured victims obtain compensation in, often highly complex, road traffic crashes, highway and public liability accidents as well as accidents in the workplace, and is currently working closely with the Communication Workers Union, representing its members in their personal injury claims.
Altaf is currently representing a client who was injured when a vehicle driven by a newly qualified driver reversed into her at speed pinning her against another vehicle causing multiple serious injuries.
Altaf was very friendly, explained things thoroughly and truthfully. He has always provided an excellent service
