Elizabeth joined MPH in June 2010 and works a part of our MOD team in Newmarket.
Elizabeth is a Legal Executive and works as Simon Harrington’s assistant dealing with all aspects of NFCI claims from liability and quantum investigations and analysis of data, to the drafting of Court documents, advices to clients and correspondence to opponents and third parties.. Elizabeth also works closely with clients by taking witness statements from them and acting as a first point of contact for Simon Harrington.
Elizabeth trained at Eversheds where she spent 7 years specialising in Defendant Fast and Multi Track, EL, PL and RTA claims acting on behalf of major insurance companies and self insured clients.
