Emma completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Sheffield and her postgraduate studies at Birmingham College of Law. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and has dedicated herself to assisting Claimants in Personal Injury litigation ever since.
Emma has extensive experience of handling a wide variety of personal injury cases including Ministry of Defence claims, Non-freezing cold injury cases, road traffic accidents, aviation and employers liability claims.
Emma is now working in the Industrial Disease team running a caseload of industrial deafness claims and working closely with the Communication Workers Union representing its members in their personal injury claims for noise induced hearing loss.
Emma Pearce has done an outstanding job for me and I cannot thank her enough. The process, though stressful, was made very smooth by Emma.
