Lucy joined our practice in June 2010 after completing her Law Degree at Lancaster University, achieving First Class Honours, and completing her LPC at The College of Law Manchester with a Commendation.
Lucy is a Litigation Executive in the firm and she assists Frank Patterson, Mark Havenhand and Mealla Logue with their caseload of clinical negligence claims, in addition to handling her own caseload of claims. Lucy also assists the Clinical Negligence department in taking details of New Client Enquiries.
Lucy is currently working on a number of claims arising out of alleged negligent surgical technique resulting in a perforation to the bowel.
