Trish joined our personal injury department in August 2008 and assists Dominic Hemsi with his caseload of industrial disease claims and fatal and serious personal injury claims.
Witness evidence is a vital part of industrial disease claims, helping us establish the facts of a case, and Trish spends a lot of her time speaking to witnesses and taking statements.
Trish is currently assisting Dominic or a number of cases for Claimants who have developed Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome. The Claimants were exposed to harmful vibration when using hand held pneumatic orbital sanders and needle guns during the course of their employment as Painter Finishers.
Trish is currently studying the ILEX Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice which is the second and final academic stage towards becoming a Legal Executive.
