An up and coming solicitor, Emma Pearce joined MPH in October 2007 and qualified in December 2007. She has specialised in all aspects of personal injury litigation for the past three years on behalf of injured victims.
Emma assists Geraldine McCool with her caseload of road traffic crash, aviation, employer’s liability and MoD claims, particularly those involving human rights issues, as well as handling her own cases.
Building valuable experience, Emma has met The Service Complaints Commissioner and has recently attended a demonstration of MoD ammunition and mines detection equipment at the Royal British Legion. She attended a lengthy inquest in December 2008 into a Puma crash in Iraq in April 2007 and has taken part in joint settlement meetings with the MoD 's lawyers which have resulted in successful claims for our service personnel clients.
