Joanna has proved herself to be an invaluable member of the team. She completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Central Lancashire, qualified as a solicitor in September 2007 and joined MPH's Clinical Negligence department in May 2008.
Joanna devotes herself to Clinical Negligence actions and has a varied caseload which includes claims for orthopaedic injuries, obstetric injuries and brain injuries. Due to the nature of Joanna's work her caseload often includes tragic and harrowing events. Joanna sensitively and carefully advises her client at what is often the most difficult time in their life. Her dedication and personable approach is frequently commended by her clients.
She investigates and pursues claims against all types of health care provider including General Practitioners, NHS Trusts and private clinicians. Joanna also represents bereaved families at Inquest. She works closely with the Communication Workers Union on behalf of their members in clinical negligence cases but also has publicly funded and 'no win no fee' clients.
Joanna is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
