Naomi joined the firm in June 2007 and works in our MOD team, assisting Simon Harrington and Meryl Smith. Simon and Naomi had previously worked together before they joined our firm.
Naomi is based in the Higham office and specialises in non-freezing cold injury claims, supporting Simon and Meryl by taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the cases, researching liability and quantum issues and evidence, instructing experts and assisting with client and witness interviews. During her time at MPH she has developed a further interest in costs work.
Naomi's background includes personal injury and clinical negligence claims, general litigation and other (non-contentious) areas of law.
