Trish joined our personal injury department in August 2008 and assists Dominic Hemsi with his caseload of industrial disease claims, including asbestos related disease. Her sensitive approach is vital to her role, as she works closely with clients, dealing with the day to day issues that arise during cases.
Witness evidence is a vital part of industrial disease claims, helping us establish the facts of a case, and Trish spends a lot of her time speaking to witnesses and taking statements.
Trish is currently studying for the ILEX Professional Diploma in Law and Practice as part of her training route to qualify as a Legal Executive Lawyer and to become a Fellow of ILEX.
